Morris Duhaime, M.D., FRCP(C) was the Conference Chair of the ME/CFS Canadian Collaborative Team Conference, held in Montreal, Canada in May 2018. Prior to retirement, Dr. Duhaime practiced orthopedic surgery and served as the Chief of Surgery at Hôpital Ste-Justine 3175, Côte Ste-Catherine, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.[1]
