Arthritis

The term arthritis describes inflammation of the joints and is used to refer to a large number of disorders that affect the joints.[1] There are more than 100 different types of arthritis and related conditions.[2] Symptoms include pain, stiffness, swelling, redness, and decreased range of motion in the affected joint.[3]
