The Center for Solutions for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CfS for ME/CFS) is an inter-disciplinary, inter-institutional research group that is one of three ME/CFS Collaborative Research Centers (CRCs) funded by the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).[1][2]

The CfS for ME/CFS was created by and is intimately connected with the Center for Infection and Immunity at Columbia University in New York City in the United States.
