Jane C. Fitzpatrick is a physical therapist and consultant for Copeland Physical Therapy, from Punta Gorda, Florida.[1]

Ms. Fitzpatrick served as a voting member of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Advisory Committee from 09/29/03 to 09/29/06.[2]
