Macrophagic myofasciitis or MMF is a rare condition that causes chronic fatigue and muscle pain, and may result in patients being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.[1] It is regarded as a form of autoimmune syndrome induced by adjuvants (ASIA).[1]
