I am an ME/CFS patient, and developed ME/CFS after an episode viral meningitis/encephalitis in 2006, likely due to coxsackievirus B4 (I have high titers of 1:1024 to CVB4 by antibody neutralization test performed at a lab in the Netherlands many years later in 2016, suggesting this is the virus behind my ME/CFS).

I have an educational background in science (first degree in mathematics and physics, master's degree in cognitive science). Professionally I used to work as a software writer in digital media, but am not working due to ME/CFS. I live in the UK.
