==Hiding very common terms == I would like to have very common terms like ME/CFS, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc and terms that might be part of a heading hidden - so they display of someone reads the glossary page directly - but aren't looked up. This could be done by marking the term with a nowiki tag perhaps?
