==Potential treatments== Treating and stabilizing the injury underlying the development of the patient's dysphasia must take place immediately. When damage is caused by TIA a full recovery can happen within a few days. However, most dysphasias can take months or years to recover from and even after prolonged therapy, many patients never achieve a full recovery.
