== A remarkable study -- TurbulentVagus (talk) 20:00, July 1, 2023 (UTC) == I'd like to point out the following study, which could well be placed in the "Notable studies" section. It's a comprehensive and meticulous review of the molecular processes (all documented by former studies) that link ME symptoms to 7 etiological factors, one of which is chronic exposure to mycotoxins. You may well be familiar with the authors: three of them have their own page on this website (Berk, Maes, Morris). Published on "Molecular Neurobiology" in 2015. Marco ===Re: A remarkable study -- Erikmoldwarrior (talk) 21:35, July 1, 2023 (UTC)=== : Replace this text with your reply Dear Editor. This "putative role" paper was written by authors who were fully aware that toxic mold was at the very core of the creation of Holmes 1988 Chronic Fatigue Syndrome by virtue of being found in the Truckee teachers lounge: The specific illness cluster that baffled Dr Paul Cheney into calling the CDC for clarification as to how ten teachers in a single room could simultaneously fulfil the parameters of the 1985 Chronic Epstein Barr Virus Syndrome written by Dr Stephen Straus of the NIH and Dr James Jones, their expert on EBV. This deceptive omission is similar to the 2013 Brewer Thrasher paper, written in a speculative fashion about a subject of which they already have the answer. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23580077/ This strange modus operandi appears to be for "appearances only" in projecting feigned ignorance of information already in their possession. To the best of my knowledge, there is no record or documentation of Sick Building Syndrome or toxic mold in the Royal Free Disease "Myalgic Encephalomyelitis" Toxic mold was, by contrast, the very phenomenon which Holmes 1988 Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was based on and created to solve. ME/CFS Alert Episode 105. Interview with Erik Johnson, original prototype for Holmes CFS conducting a tour to Truckee High School where the teacher cluster occurred. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J54iQfzqFOE&t=2s
