Stroke volume index and cardiac index before and after a 20 degree tilt test for 15 minutes in patients with severe ME with Orthostatic intolerance - patients had been ill an average of 14 years. Some patients had such severe orthostatic symptoms that they could not tolerate 15 mins in that position.
