A huge section was copied from the Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_chronic_fatigue_syndrome?action=edit In general, I hate doing this (we should be making original work) but the license is share and share alike w/ attribution. Don't know the best way to offer attribution. I do think we will likely rework and substantially make this our own over time, but there should be a clear way to give credit where credit is due.
I also hope some of these contributors decide to contribute here! My thanks for your hard work.
