Sulfasalazine

Sulfasalazine or SSZ is an anti-inflammatory drug that also acts to modulate the immune system. It is used to reduce symptoms and attacks of ulcerative colitis, and as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and for some children with juvenile arthritis.[1]
